I'm a software engineer, and I've been working as a professional web developer since my graduation from Lahti University of Applied Sciences in 2017. I've done stuff with computers as a hobby since I was five years old.
I have experience in full-stack web development with both traditional and single-page web applications. My number-one technology is React along with ASP.NET, but I have worked with Angular and the Java and Python ecosystems as well.
I have participated in the development of
- a MES for precast concrete factories
- a cloud app for processing receipts, documents, and travel invoices
- environment-focused cloud services for the Finnish government
- and, most recently, a cloud/web solution for the healthcare field.
I enjoy developing stuff in my free time too, including visualizations and simulations of math and physics as well as games. I constantly try to add new things to my figurative toolbelt. My other interests include reading a lot, video games, the natural sciences, and exercising outdoors.
